IVGC+ Terms of Service

IVGC+ Service including IVGC+ & IVGC Free Membership, IVGC Singles, IVGC Bundle Limited Time, or any other content or product with IVGC abbreviation or published on this service.

CADGI ltd. (Company number UK 15253419) provides a personalised service ("IVGC+ service"), including subscription and membership based service tiers like IVGC Free and IVGC+ and individually priced IVGC Singles that allow members to access educational content ("IVGC content") over the Internet on computers and mobile devices.

If you do no agree with all these legal terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the "IVGC+ service" and you must discontinue use immediately.

These Terms of Use govern your use of our service. As used in these Terms of Use, "IVGC+ service", "our community" or "the platform" means the personalised digital content service provided by CADGI ltd. for discovering and accessing IVGC+ content, including all features and functionalities, our websites, and user interfaces, as well as all content and software associated with our service. References to ‘you’ in these Terms of Use indicate the member who created the Teachable account and whose payment method is charged.

1. IVGC+ Membership

IVGC+ Service is based on a Membership subscription and/or individually priced IVGC Singles content.

1.1. Your IVGC+ membership will continue until terminated. The Membership subscription auto-renews until cancelled. To use the IVGC+ service you must have Internet access. You must provide us with one or more Payment Methods. "Payment Method" means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time, and which may include payment through your account with a third party. Unless you cancel your membership before your billing date, you authorise us to charge the subscription fee for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method (see "Cancellation" below).

1.2. We, CADGI ltd. may offer a number of subscription plans, including subscription plans that contain commercial breaks and other types of commercial messages (“Advertisements”). Please note that our subscription plans without Advertisements may still contain limited commercial content, such as branded content, references to commercial services and products or sponsorship messaging. In addition, we may give our users the opportunity to watch live or special events (including replays of such content) or to enjoy new additional features. Such content and new features may contain Advertisements independent of your subscription plan.

1.3. Some subscription plans may have differing conditions and limitations, which will be disclosed at your sign-up or in other communications made available to you. You can find specific details regarding your IVGC+ subscription by visiting the Teachable website and clicking on the "Membership & Subscriptions" or "Purchase History" link available at the top of the pages under your profile name.

1.4. The "IVGC+ Service" is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

2. Promotional Offers. We may from time to time offer special promotional offers, plans or memberships (“Offers”). Offer eligibility is determined by CADGI ltd at its sole discretion and we reserve the right to revoke an Offer and put your account on hold in the event that we determine you are not eligible. Members with an existing or recent IVGC+ membership may not be eligible for certain introductory Offers. We may use information such as device ID, method of payment or an account email address used with an existing or recent IVGC+ membership to determine Offer eligibility. The eligibility requirements and other limitations and conditions will be disclosed when you sign-up for the Offer or in other communications made available to you.


3. Billing and Cancellation

3.1. Billing Cycle. The subscription fee for the IVGC+ service will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific payment date indicated on the "Add/Change Credit Card" page. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription plan or single payment method that you choose when you signed up for the service. In some cases your payment date may change, for example if your Payment Method has not successfully settled, when you change your subscription plan or if your paid subscription began on a day not contained in a given month. Visit the Teachable website and click on the "Purchase History" page to see your next payment date. If you signed up for IVGC+ using your account with a third party as a Payment Method, you can find the billing information about your IVGC + subscription by visiting your account with the applicable third party.

3.2. Payment Methods. To use the IVGC+ service you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You authorise us to charge any Payment Method associated with your account in case your primary Payment Method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.

3.3. Updating your Payment Methods. You can update your Payment Methods by going to the "Add/Change Credit Card" page. We may also update your Payment Methods using information provided by the payment service providers. Following any update, you authorise us to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method(s).

3.4. Cancellation. You can cancel your IVGC+ membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the IVGC+ service through the end of your billing period. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods or partially completed IVGC+ content. To cancel, go to the "Membership & Subscription" page and follow the instructions for cancellation. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period. To see when your account will close, click "Purchase History" page. If you signed up for IVGC+ using your account with a third party as a Payment Method and wish to cancel your IVGC+ membership, you may need to do so through such third party, for example by visiting your account with the applicable third party and turning off auto-renew, or unsubscribing from the IVGC + service through that third party.

3.5. Changes to the Price and Subscription Plans. We may change our subscription plans, and the price of our service from time to time, including purchases of Singles content. We will notify you at least one month before any price changes or changes to your subscription plan will become effective. If you do not wish to accept the price change or change to your subscription plan, you can cancel your membership before the change takes effect.

4. IVGC+ Service

To use the IVGC + service you must have Internet access. To complete every module, you must have a sufficiently high spec personal computer capable of running the software recommended and featured in specific modules.

4.1. You must be at least 18 years of age to become a member of the IVGC+ service. Minors may only use the service under the supervision of an adult.

4.2. The IVGC+ service and any content accessed through the service are for your personal and non-commercial use only and may not be shared with individuals beyond your personal use unless otherwise allowed by your subscription plan. During your IVGC+ membership we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the IVGC+ service and IVGC+ content. Except for the foregoing, no right, title or interest shall be transferred to you. You agree not to use the service for public performances.

4.3. You may access the IVGC+ content primarily within the country in which you have established your account and only in geographic locations where we offer your subscription plan and have licensed such content. The content that may be available will vary by geographic location and will change from time to time. Not all IVGC+ content may be available in the differing subscription plans.

4.4. The IVGC+ service, including the content library, is regularly updated. In addition, we continually test various aspects of our service, including our websites, user interfaces and promotional features.

4.5. Depending on your subscription plan, some IVGC+ content may be available for temporary download and offline viewing on certain supported devices ("Offline Titles"). Limitations apply, including restrictions on the number of Offline Titles per account, the maximum number of devices that can contain Offline Titles, the time period within which you will need to begin viewing Offline Titles and how long the Offline Titles will remain accessible. Some Offline Titles may not be playable in certain countries and if you go online in a country where you would not be able to stream that Offline Title, the Offline Title will not be playable while you are in that country.

4.6. Except as explicitly authorised by us, you agree not to:

(i) archive, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, licence, create derivative works from, offer for sale, or use content and information contained on or obtained from or through the IVGC+ service;

(ii) circumvent, remove, alter, deactivate, degrade, block, obscure or thwart any of the content protections or other elements of the IVGC+ service, including the graphical user interface, any advertising or advertising features, copyright notices, and trademarks;

(iii) use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the IVGC+ service;

(iv) decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any software or other products or processes accessible through the IVGC+ service;

(v) insert any code or product or manipulate the content of the IVGC+ service in any way;

(vi) use any data mining, data gathering or extraction method;

(vii) upload, post, e-mail or otherwise send or transmit any material designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment associated with the IVGC+ service, including any software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs

We may terminate or restrict your use of our service if you violate these Terms of Use or are engaged in illegal or fraudulent use of the service.

4.7. The quality of the display of the IVGC+ content may vary from device to device, and may be affected by a variety of factors, such as your location, the bandwidth available through and/or speed of your Internet connection. The minimum connection speed for HD video quality (defined as a resolution of 720p or higher) is 3.0 Mbps per stream; however, we recommend a faster connection for improved video quality. A connection speed of at least 5.0 Mbps per stream is recommended to receive Full HD video quality (defined as a resolution of 1080p or higher). You are responsible for all Internet access charges. Please check with your Internet provider for information on possible Internet data usage charges. The time it takes to begin watching IVGC+ content will vary based on a number of factors, including your location, available bandwidth at the time, the content you have selected and the configuration of your IVGC+ ready device.

4.8. Study support. The quality and difficulty of IVGC+ content will vary based on students' prior skills and knowledge. Study support is provided at IVGC Discord community, including a ticketing system, as well as a list of existing questions and answers related to each module. The community members often support students. The learning is based self-study method. You are responsible for going carefully through the given study materials, make a significant effort to find responses to possible issues and finding technical solutions. To make it clear, IVGC+ service does not offer 1 to 1 teaching on any of the IVGC content. There are no lectures for all the modules either.

5. Miscellaneous

5.1. Unsolicited Materials. IVGC+ does not accept unsolicited materials or ideas for IVGC+ content, and is not responsible for the similarity of any of its content or programming in any media to materials or ideas transmitted to IVGC+.

5.2. Customer Support. To find more information about our service and its features or if you need assistance with your account, please contact: [email protected].

In certain instances, Customer Service may best be able to assist you by using a remote access support tool through which we have full access to your computer. If you do not want us to have this access, you should not consent to support through the remote access tool, and we will assist you through other means.

5.3. Survival. If any provision or provisions of these Terms of Use shall be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

5.4. Changes to Terms of Use. CADGI ltd. may, from time to time, change these Terms of Use. In case of material changes we will notify you at least one month before such changes apply to you. If you do not wish to accept the changes, you can cancel your membership before they take effect.

5.5. Electronic Communications. We will send you information relating to your account (e.g. payment authorizations, invoices, changes in password or Payment Method, confirmation messages, notices) in electronic form only, for example via emails to your email address provided during registration.

5.6. IVGC Single access. Unless otherwise stated, IVGC Single product purchase will give a minimum of 24 months access to the content. In case of an unexpectedly appearing event, IVGC Single product access can be revoked. Such events can be a service break downs (e.g. Teachable site or other 3rd party service used to provide the content), IP infringement issues in the content, or if you do not agree or if you break Terms of Use of this document.

6. Disclaimer

The services are provided on as-is and as-available basis. You agree that your use of the services will be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the services and your use thereof, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, We make no warranties of the services' content or the content of any websites or mobile applications linked to the services content or the content of any websites or mobile applications linked to the services and we will assume no liability or responsibility for any 1) Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content and materials, 2) Personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of the services, 3) Any unauthorised access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein, 4) Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the services, 5) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through the services by any third party, and/or 6) Any errors or omissions in any content and materials or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the services. We do not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party through the services, any hyperlinked websites, or any website or mobile application featured in any banner or other advertising, and we will not be a party to or in any way be responsible for monitoring any transaction between you and any third-party providers of products or services.
